Project Description:
This is a new project for 2025-26. A few years back, the CLA took the lead on constructing and installing decontamination stations that are placed at areas where there is boat access of any kind – trailer, cartop, hand carry, etc. This includes the State ramp (2), Long Point, the Outlet creek, and the Inlet.
Immediate Needs:
- Some of the stations have suffered damage over time and could stand some attention. Some minor woodworking skills might be helpful, but are not required. Some physical labor might also be involved.
Current Team Members:
- Gene Bolster – Gene was involved in the original creation and installation of these units. He will provide as support as possible, but will definitely need help. Would be nice to have 2 or 3 more people to make quick work of this.
