Project Description:
There was a project done in some of the streams that flow into the lake between 2014-2020 that evaluated some of the chemical elements flowing into the lake. Just as the name suggests, the idea was to understand what is present on the surface of the lake. One might suggest we want to understand what is present on the surface as well as below the surface at different points in time – including seasonal changes, weather changes, significant weather events, etc.
Immediate Needs:
- It may be worthwhile to go back and look at how this study was done, what might be done differently, or what might be added to make the information more useful. If you have a specific set of skills or even better, specific ideas of how to go about improving our understanding of what is going on within specific parts of the lake, we would welcome the opportunity to see if we can make it happen!
