ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW

Dear Crafter,

You are invited to participate in the Conesus Lake Association’s 2026 Arts and Crafts Show, to be held from 10:00 AM to 4:00PM on Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The show will be held again this year at Long Point Park on West Lake Road (Route 256) in Geneseo, NY, on the shores of beautiful Conesus Lake.

We are planning another great show this year, and as always, we expect top quality crafters, great food, fantastic entertainment, and lots of fun for Exhibitors and customers alike.

Our 50th year history of successful shows brings Crafters from far and wide. We work hard to maintain our reputation for putting on a high-quality show with lots of visitors. We say that with a lot of pride and will strive to provide the same levels of quality in 2026 and to continue to attract the large crowd of customers.

Exhibitor space goes fast every year, so we strongly suggest that you return your application and entry fee NOW to guarantee your place at the show. Spaces will fill up fast – especially the 36 spaces under the pavilion.

Please read the enclosed information carefully and return your signed application and entry fee as soon as you can. Once we receive your payment, an email will be sent to confirm your space. We look forward to seeing you in July!

ARTS AND CRAFT SHOW

PARTICIPANT’S RULES AND REGULATIONS

(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

 

1) To participate in the Arts and Craft Show the applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Conesus Lake Association and their respective Directors, Officers and Volunteers and assigns from any and all claims, losses, costs, liabilities damages, injuries arising from any act or omission by the applicant relating to this agreement and the activities contemplated hereunder.

2) All items for sale will be reviewed by the committee on the first day of the show, and must be consistent with an arts and crafts show. No flea market items are permitted. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave the show, with no refund of the entry fee. The CLA’s arts and crafts show is not judged, however all items must be appropriate to an arts and crafts show.

3) Each exhibitor must stay within the 8’ x 10’ allotted area (in the pavilion) or 10’ x 10’ allotted area outside the pavilion.

4) Each Exhibitor is solely responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. The tax rate in Livingston County is 8%.

5) Exhibitor’s space is offered on a “First come – First served” basis, limited by the capacity of the show site. Once payment is received, you will be sent a confirming email of receipt.

6) Your application needs to be received before June 1, 2026

7) No animals (except for designated guide or companion animals) are allowed in the Exhibitor’s booth area.

8) We do not allow solicitations, in any form, at the show. Please advise a member of the Arts & Crafts Committee if you are approached by any solicitor.

9) We strongly suggest you secure your property overnight. The Conesus Lake Association assumes no responsibility for loss of any Exhibitor’s property during the show or during the overnight period. There will be a security guard on duty at Long Point Park from 6:00PM Saturday to 6:00 AM on Sunday.

10) Sales commence at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM on Saturday and commence at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM on Sunday. Please do not disappoint our visitors by closing or tearing down your booth prior to 4:00 PM on Sunday. The grounds will be open at 6:00 AM each day for Exhibitor setup.

11) The CLA Arts and Crafts Show is a two-day show and we expect crafters to exhibit both days. Crafters who leave on Saturday will be removed from our mailing list and will not be invited to participate the following year unless the Chairperson is personally notified beforehand.

12) Cancellations – If either or both days of the Arts & Crafts show are cancelled for any reason, it will not be rescheduled. In the event of such a cancellation, pro-rata refunds of entry fees will be made at the sole discretion of the Arts & Crafts Committee. For Individual Exhibitor cancellations, the entry fee will only be refunded in full if the Committee is notified of the cancellation in writing by June 1, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
